A Date At The Conservatory

March 30, 2016

Now that Spring is finally here, I’m anxious to see all the flowers in bloom and the buds on the trees. I know it’s coming soon! Unfortunately everything is still super mucky and brown around here.
I’m also aching to travel! We’ve got a bunch of travel plans booked but our first trip isn’t until the end of April and so in the mean time we have to try to escape here in the city.

The Muttart Conservatory is such an awesome place to go here in the city. There are 4 pyramids that host amazing varieties of plants that come from different kinds of climates. My favourite is the tropical one because it smells like a rainforest! They had a special exhibit on FULL of flowers. It was so pretty. I wish it was my garden!

Also if you are hungry there is a little restaurant at the front called Culina which is pretty good!

All in all it’s a really cute place to go on a date on the weekend and a chance to see some beautiful plant life!

Here are some pictures!
