How was your week?! Did you manage to find a happy pit-stop or two? I feel like this week I really had to make the time and put the effort in to have those happy pit-stops and I know I am going to have to keep working to make sure I plan for them every day! Our lives can get so busy and fill up so fast that scheduling time for ourselves becomes a treat we indulge in once and a while, rather than something we enjoy everyday. As we rush through everything we need to get done we tend to overlook the moment we are in. When we are stressing about what is to come next we never get to truly appreciate what is happening in the moment. We are constantly on technology looking at others’ moments and trying to enjoy through them. To be more happy in ourselves we need to appreciate our own moments and experience them when they are happening. So here is your new challenge!

Experience Each Moment
Challenge: Your challenge this week is to experience each moment of your day. I want you to see if you can limit your time on social media and be present in the moment. Try not to record everything in your day online but instead experience it without distraction. This can be both at work and at home! At the end of each day your are going to write down in a happy notebook 3 sentences that describe three different moments of your day. Try to describe what the experience was and how you felt about it. The nice thing is that this is a book just for you! You can be completely honest and not have to filter anything out to impress anyone. Try and focus on being happy with your own moments, rather than others define whether that experience was happy with a like on Instagram!
