I have been wanting to do some more bath related DIY’s for a while as I am slowly getting on the bath train. I never used to like taking baths, but I’m enjoying them more and more now. Joel and I did a bootcamp on Friday night and a bath was NEEDED after that! My muscles have not worked out like that in quite some time. This bath soak is perfect to relax and ease any muscle pain! It is also SUPER easy to do, looks beautiful, and smells amazing!
1 cup himalayan salt
2 cups epsom salt
3/4 cup rose petals
3/4 cup baking soda
14 drops rose essential oil
Directions: Mix everything together in a bowl. Transfer to a jar and voila!!!!
Like I said, super easy! This is such a great thing to gift as well. I got most of my ingredients on amazon (it is way cheaper than in the store). Stay tuned for more bath DIY’s! Enjoy your baths everyone!
