How was your week?! I have had a busy busy week but it was good! It felt like the weekend was super long which was awesome! Joel and I got to spend some more time than usual together which was really nice. I also go a bit more into the holiday spirit by planning some DIY’s and buying some decorations! It is our first Christmas in our house and I am super pumped to decorate. I was thinking about happiness this week and thinking about the simplest way to be happy and spread happiness. I know a lot of people have been upset this week and I wanted to do a challenge that was simple!
Week 11 Challenge!
Change Your Focus For 60 Seconds
Challenge: Your challenge this week is whenever something is making you unhappy or upset, change your focus to something positive for 1 minute! Only one minute! Set a timer if you need and change your thoughts. If you have a hard time focusing on those thoughts (like I do sometimes), try drawing them. I find that when my focus is not just a mental one but a physical one too I feel better and find it easier to change my thoughts.
