Thank you to everyone who entered the giveaway! The winner will be announced on my instagram! I’ve had a bit of a tiring week, feeling like I am battling some sort of illness. It’s been hard to focus on work this week and keep myself motivated when I feel so cloudy! I noticed that I barely nourished myself this week which is not helping the situation whatsoever! I love food, but this week I have had no appetite and haven’t felt hungry which I hate! So that’s what this next week is all about!

Nourish Yourself With Good Food
Challenge: Your challenge this week is to make sure you are eating right and nourishing your body with the nutrients it needs to give you the most brain power! Take time to plan out your food for the week so you aren’t opting for the easy, fast option. Make sure you are give yourself enough food throughout the day too! I know I get crazy busy and forget to eat. If it helps, set an alarm on your phone to remind you to have a snack. Make sure you are drinking lots of water too!
