I am one of those rare individuals who is not really a breakfast person. (SORRY!) I’m really trying to learn to like eggs, bacon, waffles, pancakes etc. but this meal just isn’t my favourite. I do however LOVE a smoothie in the morning. I think its a great start to the day and you can pack it full of healthy ingredients and no one will know the wiser! This recipe is one of my favourite to make as of late. It literally taste like chocolate pudding and is a super healthy way to start your day!
1 cup milk (or almond milk etc) |benefits include: source of calcium, vitamin d, protein|

1 banana |benefits include: potassium, magnesium|

1 tbsp cocoa powder |benefits include: antioxidant, iron, zinc|
1 scoop chocolate protein powder |benefits include: protein, source of energy|
